Returns and Refunds
We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As an
online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.
These are Delightning Products’s Overall Return Guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines
in order for the individual return policy to apply.
Buyer pays for return unless item arrived damage
All product returns require a Shipment number and Order number
You must request a return within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated above.
Products that are received by Delightning Products in any of the following conditions are not
eligible for return and may be rejected:
RETURN POLICY:
All items purchased as NEW must be returned as NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund within 1 To 3 business days.
For damaged or missing items upon delivery, please contact us directly and we will work
towards a speedy resolution

Gift cards and downloadable software products are not returnable.
Refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your
credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact
your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of
this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Cancellation :
If you decided to cancel your order after making the payment . you have to make sure to contact us it before
7 am GMT or 2:am New york time . of the same day , monday to saturday . as we procces the order everyday morning
monday to saturday at 8:00 am GMT .
RETURN PERIOD:
The initiation of the return process must be done within 30 days of receiving the product. After
30 days, we can no longer accept the return.
Items purchased between November 15th-December 31st as gifts may be returned, if in brand
new condition, through January 31st of the next calendar year.
For more timely and accurate record-keeping, returns will only be accepted on a pre-authorized
basis.
The invoice or a copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
RETURN PROCESSING FEES:
Restocking Fee for New, Unopened, and Unused Item(s) = 10% of the cost of the item(s) (prior
to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged. Initial and return shipping are also non-refundable.
Restocking Fee for Opened and Used Item(s) = 20% of the cost of the item(s) (prior to ANY
discount/coupon) will be charged. Initial and return shipping are also non-refundable.
Restocking Fee for Non-Deliverable Address = 10% of the cost of the item(s) (prior to ANY
discount/coupon) will be charged. Initial and return shipping are also non-refundable.
SHIPPING
If your package is stuck in transit, undelivered, or damaged, please contact us or the shipping
carrier directly as soon as possible for a speedy resolution
In some cases, we can submit a package claim to the shipping carrier on your behalf. Package
claims take at least 10 or more business days to find a resolution.
If you need to make special delivery arrangements while your package is in transit, please
contact the shipping carrier directly as soon as possible.
If a package issue is reported more than 30 days from the delivery date, we have limited
recourse to reconcile the issue and cannot guarantee a resolution. It is very important to contact
us as soon as possible for any type of package issue.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team.
If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty
(i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or
exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team. Where possible, we
will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that
we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will
receive a credit note if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
NOTE: If you submit an order and realize your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to correct and update your address. Unfortunately, if the package has already
shipped, we are not able to change the address. If you have recently moved, you will need to set up mail
forwarding to prevent delivery to your old address.
